For nearly 70 years, Friends of Chamber Music has presented some of the greatest artists in the world, including Yo-Yo Ma, the Emerson String Quartet, and pianist Yuja Wang. This season reflects a vast array of talent in performers, composers, and repertoire, including artists new to FCM. The young, dynamic Isidore Quartet, fresh off their victory at Banff and newly awarded the Avery Fisher Career Prize, make their debut on our series, as do two amazing pianists: Michelle Cann, winner of the 2022 Sphinx Medal of Excellence and internationally renowned star from Italy, Beatrice Rana.
Music has immense power to educate, inspire, and comfort…and the experience of witnessing and participating in that power is why Friends of Chamber Music is a unique presence in the cultural life of Denver.
