I have tickets to a concert and recently found out I won’t be able to attend. What can I do?

Can’t use your tickets? Don’t let them go to waste. Ticket donations are tax-deductible. If you’re a subscriber, we’d be happy to exchange your ticket for another performance on our series so you can invite a friend!

How can I find out if a concert is cancelled?

If a concert must be cancelled, we will send an email notification to all ticket holders. We’ll also post any last-minute cancellations on our website, social media channels as well as the event listing for the concert.  You may also call our main phone number, 303-388-9839 for a recorded notification.

What can I do if I’ve lost my ticket?
