Common Questions

What is a subscription?

Friends of Chamber Music offers several ticket packages, including a 3-concert Piano Series, a 7-concert Chamber Series, a 10-concert Combined Series, and a Pick-Your-Own option.  All offer great savings over single ticket prices for our world-class concerts!

I have tickets to a concert and recently found out I won’t be able to attend. What can I do?

Can’t use your tickets? Don’t let them go to waste. Ticket donations are tax-deductible. To donate tickets, please notify the box office at least 24 hours prior to the concert. Tax receipts are mailed out several times per year.  If you’re a subscriber, contact the box office and exchange your ticket for another performance on our series or invite a friend!

How can I find out if a concert is cancelled?

If a concert must be cancelled, we will send an email notification to all ticket holders. We’ll also post any last-minute cancellations on our website, social media channels as well as the event listing for the concert.  You may also call our main phone number, 303-388-9839 for a recorded notification.

What can I do if I’ve lost my ticket?

We are happy to replace lost tickets. Please call 303-871-7720 or arrive a few minutes early and stop by the box office prior to the concert to get another ticket.

Are there discounts for students?

We welcome all patrons 30 and under (with ID) to our events for only $15 – it’s the best bargain in town!

For students (with an I.D.), tickets are just $5!
