Grammy award-winning pianist Yefim Bronfman will return to FCM’s Piano Series for a second time, launching FCM’s season 2019-20 season and celebration of Beethoven’s 250th birthday.
Grammy award-winning pianist Yefim Bronfman will return to FCM’s Piano Series for a second time, launching FCM’s season 2019-20 season and celebration of Beethoven’s 250th birthday.
The evening will feature a program of American music including the following: Bernard Herrmann:  Echoes Aaron Copland:  Two Pieces for String Quartet Jessie Montgomery:  Strum
Program includes works by Joseph Haydn, Astor Piazzolla, and George Walker.
Highlands Square Ensemble performing works by Zoltan Kodaly and Antonin Dvorak.
Celebrating their 50th Anniversary Season as the nation's premier repertory company for chamber music, thirteen artists will join FCM for a program entitled "New World Spirit."
Ensemble Faucheux will present a program of music for strings and flute featuring works by Icelandic composer Anna Thorvaldsdottir, Pulitzer Prize runner-up Andrew Norman, and composer/flutist Elizabeth Brown.
The Altius Quartet performs Janaek'ss String Quartet No. 2, Intimate Letters, and Ravel'ss String Quartet in F Major.
