About

Every year we present concerts that showcase string quartets, piano trios, soloists, and mixed chamber ensembles. We create space for beloved classical works and bold new compositions. We search the world for the most exciting, inspiring artists to perform on our stage.

We are an all-volunteer organization and our mission is:

To present the finest chamber music performances to the Denver metropolitan area for the enrichment of diverse audiences; to introduce chamber music to new audiences; and to provide education and outreach programs for children and adults in the community.

As an institution dedicated to bringing world-class chamber music to the widest possible audience in Denver, a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility has long been fundamental to Friends of Chamber Music’s work.  It is an integral part of what we believe and what we do.  Pursuing our vision of excellence, Friends of Chamber Music seeks to manage our concerts, programs, and organizational culture in a manner that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion, cultivating an environment that is welcoming to our artists, patrons, and staff.
