Join us for a special Mother’s Day celebration with the Timberline Quartet. Known for their vibrant educational and community outreach work, the Quartet brings chamber music to schools and public spaces across the metro area. Their thoughtfully curated program will explore the many ways music tells stories, preserves history, and expresses personal and cultural identity.
The ensemble features Jonathon Winter and Brightin Schlumpf, violins; Christina Ebersohl-Van Scyoc, viola; and Matthew Lei, cello. As FCM’s resident quartet, these gifted musicians maintain active teaching studios and perform with leading organizations including the Boulder Chamber Orchestra, Boulder Philharmonic, Central City Opera, Colorado Symphony, Colorado Music Festival, and Sphere Ensemble.
This event will include two identical concerts at noon and 1 p.m. Performances are included with museum admission. For tickets purchased online, FCM patrons receive $2 off adult and senior tickets with code MUSIC.
Seating is limited and first come, first served. The music may be enjoyed from any gallery.
